As we approach the end of 2024, I find myself reflecting with immense pride on the progress Com-X has made this year. It has been a period of significant growth and maturation for the Com-X business. It’s gratifying to see the results, for our customers, of our collective efforts, both internally and with our valued Vendor partners.
Our growing Com-X team—both new and experienced—has come together in extraordinary ways to push the boundaries of what we can achieve. It’s been inspiring to witness the development of our people, as they extend themselves to realise more of their potential. This growth is not just in terms of numbers, but in how we think, innovate, and execute on our long-term business plan and I’m very grateful for all their hard work and support.
The maturity of our strategy has been central to the positive results we’ve seen in 2024. By aligning our investments with both the evolving needs of our customers and the capabilities of our vendor partnerships, we’ve been able to deliver meaningful outcomes across a wide range of sectors. From financial services and retail to manufacturing, public sector, and beyond, our clients are reaping the rewards of engagement with the Com-X team to drive their cyber security maturity, improve their application delivery, and simplify their IT operations. These changes are enhancing the way their teams work and adding tangible value to their business outcomes.
Internally, we’ve also made substantial investments to ensure we continue to evolve and position Com-X for sustainable growth. These investments are not just about the systems and platforms we utilise, but about enabling our people to grow and thrive. This year, we’ve achieved significant milestones, including:
- Transitioning to a new RMM platform to enhance service delivery.
- Rebranding, with new website launch in early 2025
- Becoming the first announced Citrix Preferred Services Partner in ANZ.
- Becoming the first Partner in APJ to secure Microsoft ECIF funding for Citrix Cloud Migrations.
- Expanding our Managed Security Services, helping customers align to Cyber Maturity Frameworks.
- Scaling our Com-X cloud capacity to meet growing demand.
- Launching a certification-focused development program for our Technical and Sales teams.
These are just some of the achievements that are a direct reflection of our team’s commitment and the ongoing trust of our clients and vendor partners. I’m particularly proud of the record-breaking growth we’ve seen in the last FY24, which has exceeded our expectations. In FY24, we grew by nearly 8.5x compared to FY23, and we’re poised for even stronger performance in FY25.
None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team members. Their resilience and commitment to excellence continue to drive Com-X forward. As we enter our sixth year in business, I’m grateful for the strong relationships we’ve built, the strategic investments we’ve made, and, most importantly, the opportunities that lie ahead for both our customers, our team members and our Vendor Partners.
