Housing Plus is a registered not-for-profit, Tier 1 community housing provider, delivering community housing services, development services and community services to Regional NSW.
The current climate of soaring interest rates and ever-increasing cost of living means more and more people across the country have limited options when it comes to safe, secure and affordable homes. With the aim of providing the communities in which it operates with independence and choice, Housing Plus’ Community Housing portfolio sees them deliver affordable housing to over 1,200 tenants across Regional NSW, in locations including Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee and Dubbo.
Com-X recognises the importance an organisation like Housing Plus plays in providing support to regional communities and as part of its corporate social responsibility program, selected Housing Plus, as a client to give back to this Christmas. As part of the program, this year Com-X will be providing over 500 gifts to be distributed to children living within Housing Plus properties.

The Directors of Com-X were unanimous in selecting Housing Plus when we were considering how best we could make an impact to as many people as possible this festive season.

Justin Cantelo, CEO of Housing Plus says “We extend sincere gratitude to Com-X for their generosity, particularly during a time that can be tough for many families and households. We plan on distributing these in the month of December to all children currently residing in our properties. We hope these gifts not only envoke a smile but take the pressure off parents and guardians who may not have the means to celebrate Christmas as they wish.”
